Jamie Py MODA's President Jamie Py came to MODA as Legal Counsel in 1995, and is a 1994 J.D. graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center; holds an MBA from Drexel; and is a member of the Maine Bar. In one of his former lives, Jamie worked as the Facility Manager for an oil company in New Hampshire. In 2002, Jamie was named the President of MODA. Click here to email Jamie
Chris Jackson MODA's Vice President As Vice President, Chris provides legislative, regulatory, public policy, and member services advice and assistance to the members of the Maine Oil Dealers Association. He is MODA’s principal lobbyist before federal, state and local governmental and regulatory entities. Chris graduated from the University of Maine and has worked in the Maine Legislature as a communications director and special assistant to the Senate President. Laurie Jewett MODA's Business Manager Joining MODA in April of 2008, Laurie will develop new and improve upon existing business processes and procedures as well as improve and develop new strategies for member communications. She will be responsible for the day to day operations of MODA. Laurie comes to us with over 20 years experience in the combined heating/convenience store industry. In this time she covered many roles from finance to operations, the most recent being the Director of Fuel Operations for a Maine based company. Click here to email Laurie
Robin Manson MODA's Insurance Administrator Robin came to MODA in 1997 after having worked at Northern General Services as an assistant managing workers' compensation insurance programs for a third party administrator. Robin handles billing and receiving funds for both the MODA Health and Workers' Comp Trusts, assists with the activities of both Trust's,, and is your contact for any issue involving MODA's insurance programs. Lori Colton MODA's Bookkeeper Lori joined the MODA Staff in February of 2007. As MODA's Bookkeeper, she coordinates all accounts payable and receivable, manages the payroll and taxes, arranges for all audits, and maintains the financial records of the Association, Education Foundation, Workers Compensation Trust and EnergyPAC. Aimee Senatore MODA's Director of Business Development Joining MODA in January of 2008, Aimee will develop and lead the implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery of the MODA Technical Education Center, MODA education offerings, affiliation programs, and member services opportunities. Aimee graduated from Roger Williams University and holds her MS in Adult Education from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to accepting her position with MODA, Aimee most recently served as Development Director for the National Kidney Foundation of Maine. John Theroux Senior Instructor John has over 25 years experience in the Oil Heat industry in a variety of positions which include Service Manager and Owner/Operator of his own heating business. Prior to accepting the position with MODA, he was an adjunct instructor for Southern Maine Community College and Central Maine Community College teaching the MODA 160 hour course. In the newly created position of Senior Instructor, he is responsible for daily instruction of the 200 hour Oil Heat Technicians course. John also is responsible for the National Oil Heat Research Alliance (NORA) certification classes. Click here to email John
