Membership Category (Please check off the category that pertains to your company)
	Regular Member: All Petroleum Marketers who sell heating fuels or motor fuels at RETAIL fall into this category. Please tell us how many gallons you sell annually (confidential): Dues from this category are based on paying .0006825 per gallon on the first ten million gallons, then .0005775 on the second ten million, .0004725 on the third ten million and so on. There is a minimum dues of $262.50 per year for those companies who sell less than 350,000 gallons,and a maximum dues of $12,075 for those companies who sell more than 12,000 gallons. Please note that 10% is added to all dues amounts in this category to pay for MODA's Membership with Petroleum Marketers Association of America.
	Associate Member (Equipment and Supply): All companies who sell the hardware or other support services of the petroleum industry fall into this category: Plumbing and heating contractors, tank installers, those who sell trucks, tanks, pumps. Those in insurance, banking, consulting, heating equipment manufacturers, environmental work,etc. fall into this category of membership. Please tell us what your company does: Dues from this category are based on the number of employees the company has as follows: $117.56 : 1 - 5 Employees $185.63 : 6 - 15 Employees $454.78 : 16 or more Employees Please select the number of employees: 12.5% is included in your dues amount to pay for MODA's membership in the Petroleum Marketers Association of America. There is an additional surcharge on the dues of members in this category who join the MODA Health Insurance Plan.
	Associate Members (Major and Wholesaler): All major oil companies (refiners) who wholesale and those companies who market petroleum products at the wholesale lever BUT DO NOT sell retail products fall into this category of membership. There is a flat fee of $2300.00 for this membership. 12.5% is added to your dues amount to pay for MODA's membership in the Petroleum Marketers Association of America.
NOTICE All members of the Maine Oil Dealers Association are automatically members of the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA), the national association representing independent petroleum marketers in Washington, D.C. PMAA sends all MODA members information regarding actions at the Federal level which have a direct and personal bearing on the operations of the petroleum industry. MODA is an active participating member of PMAA.
