Congress needs to act in 2 ways: Increase domestic energy production (oil, gas, coal, nuclear, hydro,solar, wind tidal - we need all of it) to keep our $ here;

And put limits on the wild speculation that is said to be responsible for $60-$70 a barrel of crude ($1.50 to $2.00 a gallon) on gas, diesel and heating oil.

Talk a about a government stimulus check.
